Tim Defauw

Tim graduated in law from the University of Ghent in 2011. He joined the Bar in December 2012. At the law firm Van Eeckhoutte, Taquet & Clesse he further specialised in social law. In 2020 Tim switched to Crivits & Persyn.

Tim mainly focuses on individual employment law (with an emphasis on dismissal procedures), well-being at work, the re-integration of employees and social criminal law. Thanks to his many years of advocacy experience, he knows how best a case is handled in order to convince in court.
