Vanessa Ramon

In 1999 Vanessa Ramon graduated from the University of Ghent. After completing her studies, she worked as a legal consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Antwerp, and afterwards as a lawyer at the corresponding legal firm Lawfort. In 2006 she joined Crivits & Persyn.

Vanessa has extensive expertise in business law and focuses in particular on corporate law and association law, and regularly gives seminars on those subjects. She has wide experience drawing up and negotiating commercial agreements, in particular (international) agency agreements. She assists in company takeovers and supports shareholders and entrepreneurs in their disputes as a passionate negotiator and advocate. Vanessa has acquired special competence in the restructuring of non-profit organizations.
